Learn exercise basics and how to design your own realistic plan that includes all aspects of physical fitness.  Find out how to create 30 minute workouts that will take care of you from head to toe! There will be interactive gym instruction and discussion.  Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just beginning your wellness journey, clinic #3 is for you!  Attend prepared to move your body! Take your fitness back to basics. We’ll help you design personalized exercise plans that will allow you to meet your weight loss and lifestyle goals. Our focus will be injury prevention and a balanced plan of cardiovascular work, core strength, cross training and flexibility. Learn to use basic weight room equipment and the tools for training at home. Participate in a creative interval session to demonstrate how to get your cardio, strength and flexibility training done in just 30 minutes! This workshop provides a very positive approach to fitness.  Come prepared to have fun in the gym! Two hour workshop in the gym and classroom. Bring your notebook. Registration page
