No matter what your flexibility level is right now, it can be greatly improved with yoga. Yoga is perfect for runners and walkers! It stretches much-used muscles to heal and prevent soreness and helps to protect muscles and joints from injury. Learn the basic physiology behind yoga and flexibility training in a safe way that will improve your fitness level forever. Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move and stretch. 40 minute classroom workshop and conversation followed by an awesome 60 minute yoga workout. Bring your notebook, yoga mat, beach towel and water bottle. Registration page
