Matt started running with Boise RunWalk this last year
after moving to Boise from Chicago, Illinois. Matt has
competed in races from 5k to marathon distance. Matt
had run as a teen to train for other sports - wrestling,
football and rugby. After graduating from University,
and while training for the Chicago Marathon, he became
more interested in running as an end rather than a
means. Matt joined Boise RunWalk to train for this
year's Robie Creek, his first race after moving to
Boise.
