Q. I just found BOISE RunWalk but the season started three weeks ago. Can I still join?
A. Yes! Often times throughout a season prospective members discover BOISE RunWalk, and join the group in mid-season.
Q. I'm out of shape and think I should become more fit prior to joining. Should I join anyway?
A. Yes! People join the group to have fun and find motivation to get back in shape.
Q. Ok, I'm making the big jump into the·middle of a program. Can you spend some time with me to get me caught-up on the important aspects of the program?
A. Yes! We offer a 1 hour orientation and "catch up" session with Coach Steve. You'll come away knowing how to get started, and how to have fun!
Q. You offer group training programs for walkers and runners heading to a marathon, half marathon or 10K, but I think I should start with a 5K. So?
A. Yes! You can train for a 5K. It's all about setting realistic goals that are challenging, and then joining a group to have fun!
