| St. Luke's Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Services (SLIERS) partners with BOISERunWalk and TriBOISE to benefit the community of adults who are seeking the motivation and group structured training programs aimed at helping you get in the best shape of your life while having the most fun along the journey. Our group training programs provide you the best reasons to get out of bed early on Saturday mornings, and SLIERS helps us to coach you effectively and helps you prevent injury. SLIERS provides on-site therapy support most Saturday mornings. Since injury is a frequent part of the journey, SLIERS provides the necessary guidance and education, with treatment at any of their 20 convenient locations whenever physical therapy and medical services are needed. |
