Your custom nutrition and weight reduction program includes...

 

* Two (2) one-on-one nutrition consulting visits with a Registered Dietitian. Comprehensive computerized diet analysis and a personalized weekly meal plan that is integrated into your training schedule. This goal-based calorie intake and expenditure recommendation will be easy to understand and takes into account your weekly training schedule with BOISE RunWalk. You'll be asked to complete a simple pre-meeting online profile to save time. A dietician will contact you and schedule your first visit.
 
* One (1) one-on-one cross training consultation with Coach Steve - Cross training for core stability and strength is a common factor in successful running and walking. Cross training improves your performance and reduces chance of injury. With your nutrition package, you'll receive a personal one-on-one session with Coach Steve who will recommend cross training activities and demonstrate techniques that integrate into your nutrition and weight-loss program. Meet Coach Steve at your gym, outside anywhere or the BRW offices.

* Attend a Sports Nutrition Clinic at Idaho Running Company in Boise. In addition to your two one-on-one sessions with a Registered Dietitian mentioned above, attend one of the nutrition clinics offered at Idaho Running Company (see schedule).
