Strategic Pizza and Beer
Clinic: April 25 5:30-8:30pm
Mark your calendars now for
Wednesday, April 25. All BOISE RunWalk, EAGLE RunWalk and Tri BOISE participants are welcome to come share
your war stories from Robie, eat pizza and drink beer with the coaches. It will
be at the Idaho Pizza on Broadway, starting at 5:30pm and going on from there. Come after work and bring your family.
Still Need a Robie Number?
Remember, there are still
a couple of methods to acquire your coveted Robie number. Historically, many
transactions occur during "Packet pick-up" on April 18. Before then, you
should be checking the "open market" via our new Community
board. Finally, come to the start line ready to go.

Head into the starting line with a strategic plan for consumption of fluids,
course strategies, pace calculations and all your questions answered. Come join
us for the short 3 mile run at 5:30 prior to the clinic.

Fluids and Restrooms:
Cooler of water at the 4 mile and 13 mile turnarounds.
Public restrooms and faucets in Municipal and Shoreline Parks, and the water
treatment plant.
PowerAde and water coolers at NE0.2 for the 10Kers and half and full
marathoners.
SPRING Group: Eagle Fun Days and Barn Sour 5K and 10K, and Eagle Fun Days 1/2
Marathon
2 Miles - 5Kers
From FBCC back door, go south to Fort St.
Turn left on sidewalk along Fort St.
Cross Reserve Street at crosswalk and continue to Jefferson.
Turn left on Jefferson.
Turn right on Avenue C.
Turn left on Warm Springs.
Turn right on Straughn.
Turn left on Holly.
Turn around at the first orange cone.
Return to FBCC via the same route.
4 Miles - 10Kers
Same as the 2 mile route above, but after turning left on Holly, turn right on
Walnut and a quick left into Municipal Park.
Turn right at the fork and go west (downstream) to the turnaround at NE1.2.
Return to FBCC via the same route.
7 Miles - 1/2 Marathoners
Same as the 4 mile route
above, but continue to the turnaround at the fluid station at NW0.3 (just past
the Cottonwood Restaurant).
Return to FBCC via the same route.
WINTER Group: Famous Potato 5K, Famous Potato 10K and 1/2 Marathon
4 Miles - Famous Potato 5Kers
Same as the Spring group 4 mile route above.
Return to FBCC via the same route.
6 Miles - 10Kers
Same as above 4 mile route,
but continue further and pass under the Broadway, Capitol, and 9th St. bridges
and turn around at the fluid station at NE0.2.
Return to FBCC via the same route.
8 Miles - 1/2 Marathoners
Same as the 6 mile route
above, but continue under the Capitol, 9th St., and Americana Bridge to the
turnaround at NW0.8.
Return to FBCC via the same route.
ROBIE Group
6 miles - Robie B
Same as the 6 mile Famous
Potato 10Kers route above.
Return to the FBCC on the same route.
8 miles - Robie A
Same as the 8 mile Famous
